I’m proud to be home manager at Cairdean House care home. My favourite part of the day is walking around the home, chatting with staff, residents and relatives, and looking for ways to continue improving our environment. It’s incredibly rewarding to see residents enjoying some well-deserved self-care, feeling happy and getting involved in activities.
