Coppice Lea is a luxury care home, set in a Victorian country house in Surrey. Our experienced teams offer residential, dementia and nursing care on a permanent and respite basis.

Residents can enjoy many quality facilities including cosy communal areas and a hair and beauty salon. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and outside there are five acres of beautiful, extensive grounds to explore. Relax in the peaceful and quiet surroundings, with visits from various wildlife such as Deer, Parakeets and Birds of Prey.

Located on the edge of Redhill, Surrey, our team aim to make residents lives as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The dedicated activities team organise a variety of daily activities and entertainment.

With 10 years of experience in the health and social care sector, my role as Home Manager is to lead our team in delivering safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care. I oversee the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensure we meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, and support both residents and colleagues to thrive.
