Trusted to care in Chelsea
Our modern, purpose-built care home in the heart of Chelsea has a great reputation for providing quality nursing, residential and dementia care, including individuals with physical disabilities. We also offer sensitive end of life care.
We believe in supporting residents to get the most out of each day. That’s why the facilities at Ellesmere House are superb. We have a café, cinema, activity room, hair salon, relaxing lounges, and a kitchenette for residents' use. Outside are two secure sensory gardens with lawns and planting areas. These are a popular place for residents in the warmer months. Your loved one is welcome to help us to keep the gardens looking good.
Each of the bedrooms at our West London care home are beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. Every room as en-suite facilities, a flat-screen television, a 24-hour nurse call system and a telephone connection. Your loved one is welcome to personalise their room however they wish, if it helps them to feel more settled.
In our opinion, the best form of care is tailored care. We get to know your loved one well so that we can personalise all aspects of their life at Ellesmere House to their precise needs and interests.
