Holly Oak dementia care home is a purpose-built care home providing specialist, person centered dementia care. Our dedicated and qualified teams provide extensive care from the early stages through to the later stages of dementia, always ensuring 24-hour support.

Residents at our state-of-the-art care home in Dursley can enjoy many quality facilities including a cafe, bar and a hair and beauty salon. The tastefully decorated bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. Outside there are beautiful landscaped gardens, perfect for a walk with loved ones.

Dining is an important part of the day. Our chef led teams provide delicious homemade food tailored to suit preferences and all dietary specifications. We promote inclusion through a wide array of activities, events and outings in the homes own minibus.

Holly Oak is situated on the same estate as The Hollies, an award winning purpose-built care home providing the highest level of nursing, respite and end-of-life care.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

The home is owned by WT UK Opco 4 Limited and is managed and staffed by Care UK.

Life at our home

At Holly Oak we aim to capture the little moments and enjoy all aspects of the day. We encourage our residents to keep in touch with family and friends in the home and outside. There are plenty of different places for a chat, cup of tea or walk in the garden. Bessy’s Tea Room is perfect for a fresh patisserie or slice of cake in the afternoon. Our private bar provides a stylish ambience for residents and guests to enjoy their favourite drink pre or post dinner.
