I joined Care UK because of its excellent reputation as an employer; its vision and values also appealed to me. I’m very motivated by the organisation’s vision of fulfilling residents’ lives. I love spending time with residents, learning about them, and being able to enable them to fulfil a wish. It doesn’t get any better than that!Jutta StaudeHome Manager
