Forrester Court Residents Get a Special Visit

September 13th 2010

Residents at Forrester Court Care Home had some special visitors last week when a local private zoo brought in a selection of interesting animals.

Chinchillas, birds of prey, snakes, spiders and leopard print turtles were just some of the animals that visited Forrester Court care home in London and each resident had the chance to hold and pat them if they wanted to.

Activities coordinator Abirami Eswar said: “We are constantly thinking of ways to make our residents live happier and more fulfilled lives and we were pleased that all of the residents enjoyed themselves. The best part was when an owl flew from one end of the room to the other, and the residents couldn’t stop smiling and cheering.”
