St Vincent’s House is a modern, purpose-designed care home in Hammersmith, West London, with a strong family atmosphere.
Our experienced team provides personalised residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. We also offer sensitive and supportive end of life care. The team at St Vincent’s House spends time getting to know your loved one, so that we fully understand their support needs, lifetime experiences and interests. It’s the only way to be sure we’re creating care and lifestyle plans that are as unique as your loved one.
A stylish home from home
Our home opened in 2006 and has a smart ‘townhouse’ appearance, with attractive brickwork and decorative Juliet balconies. Residents’ rooms are bright and spacious, with en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, phone and television connections plus a 24-hour nurse call system.
The home also features a luxurious new cinema room, where residents can relax in comfortable armchairs and watch their favourite film with popcorn. There's also a café styled as a vintage tea room, as well as a sun lounge, activity room, library and hair salon.
Enjoying the outdoors
We’re also lucky to have a large garden space which residents help to keep looking good. There are wind chimes and bird tables, and the gardens are full of colour from springtime onwards. The home and grounds are fully wheelchair accessible.
St Vincent’s House plays a strong part in the local community. We share our building with a day centre run by the Alzheimer’s Society. We love to see local schoolchildren who pop in to see us, as well as volunteers, community groups, church representatives and entertainers.
