St Vincent’s House is a modern, purpose-designed care home in Hammersmith, West London, with a strong family atmosphere. Our experienced team provides personalised residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. We also offer sensitive and supportive end of life care.
Residents’ rooms are bright and spacious, with en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, phone and television connections plus a 24-hour nurse call system. We have new cinema room, where residents can relax in comfortable armchairs and watch their favourite film with popcorn. There's also a café styled as a vintage tea room, as well as a sun lounge, activity room, library and hair salon.
We’re also lucky to have a large garden space which residents help to keep looking good. There are wind chimes and bird tables, and the gardens are full of colour from springtime onwards. The home and grounds are fully wheelchair accessible.
