Our regular events

  • Senior lunch club
    Every Thursday, 12pm
    Come along to our weekly senior lunch club and make new friendships. Enjoy conversations with other members of the community over a complimentary lunch of warming soup, sandwiches with home baked cakes. 

  • Love to Move - British Gymnastic Programme
    Every Thursday, 11am
    Join us for age and dementia friendly seated exercises proven to transform the lives of people living with dementia. The programme helps people stay mobile and live more independently. Please arrive early to be ready for the session.

  • Carers Support Group
    Last Friday of every month, 2.30pm – 3.30pm
    Are you caring for a loved one? Being a carer can be a rewarding experience yet emotionally and physically challenging too. Take time out, meet other carers and share experiences.

  • Memory café
    The last Friday of every month,10.30am – 12.30pm
    Join our friendly sessions where we will be hosting a series of activities and entertainment to help stimulate the brain and enrich the lives of people living with dementia. Stay afterwards for a free light lunch and refreshments and our dementia friendly cinema.
