A care home in Cringleford is inviting the local community to a free event, offering support for people considering care for their loved one.
On Wednesday 13th November, from 2pm - 3.30pm and Saturday 16th November, from 10:30am – 12 noon, the Care UK team at Cavell Court, on Dragonfly Lane, will open the home’s doors to the community for its free ‘planning for the future’ event.
Susannah Parr and Yvonne Causton, from Fosters Solicitors, will be on hand to deliver an informative session, explaining why it’s important to prepare and plan for the future. The experts will offer advice and information on legal matters, including wills, deputyship and power of attorney.
After the event there will be a helpful Q&A session, as well as an opportunity to meet the friendly team at Cavell Court.
Karen Curle, home manager at Cavell Court, said: “Here at Cavell Court, we understand that providing advice and guidance can be incredibly helpful for anyone considering the future care of a loved one, which is why we are delighted to host this event.
“It is a privilege to be joined by Susannah and Yvonne, who can provide professional guidance in this area, and we hope local people will take this opportunity to benefit from their expertise.”
