Love is in the air at Leamington care home

Residents at a local care home put their dancing shoes on for a Valentine’s Day celebration.

Care UK’s Priors House, on Old Milverton Lane, invited residents to the special dance where everyone enjoyed canapés, especially prepared by the home’s chefs, as well as cocktails and champagne. The night was completed with a live singer, Denise Sitter, who sang a medley of vintage songs to get everyone suitably in the mood for love.

Francine Summers, home manager of Priors House, said: “Here at Priors House, we often host events to celebrate special times of the year. Our Valentine’s Day dance was a great way to get everybody on the dancefloor and having fun.

“Thank you to Denise for entertaining us all and our team who went the extra mile to make a really special event – love is certainly in the air at Priors House.”
