All welcome for a sneak peek inside Chichester’s new multi-million-pound care home

A new care home in Chichester is inviting the community to celebrate its completion with an exclusive first look inside the purpose-built home. 

Care UK’s Chichester Grange, on Grosvenor Road, is opening its doors from 10am-4pm on Saturday 27^th November to Sunday 28^th November to give local people the opportunity to take a closer look at the brand-new home before it welcomes the first residents. 

Members of the public can now book an appointment to meet the team and take a tour around the new care home, which includes its own cinema, pub, hair and beauty salon and will provide full-time residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for up to 40 residents.

Naomi Butcher, Home Manager at Chichester Grange, said: “The team is looking forward to welcoming the first residents in December, and we can't wait to show the community the fantastic new home we've built here in Chichester before they start moving in. 

“People will be able to look around the care home and talk with the team, as well as gain a sense of what life would be like at Chichester Grange. Visitors will also be able to discover more about the activities which will be available, as well as our food and other services. It will be a terrific way for visitors to get a genuine flavour of the home.

“The home's design is stunning, and every single detail has been taken into account to provide a high-quality, elegant environment in which residents may live active and fulfilling lives. Chichester Grange has been stylishly decorated to make your older loved ones feel at ease and we can't wait to welcome you to the new home and show you everything it has to offer.”

Designed to enable residents to live active and fulfilled lives, while also promoting independence, the new care home, which is set to open in early December, will incorporate space for hobby and leisure activities. The layout of the building will be configured into a series of individual suites, each having a dedicated lounge/dining room to help facilitate the creation of close-knit communities.
