In our fun and friendly session, Physiotherapist, Dr Christine Myles, will show how powerful gentle exercise can be in later life.

Discover the many benefits of gentle movement, including how it can help:

  • Improve balance and reduce the risk of falls
  • strengthen muscles for everyday tasks
  • Keep joints flexible and reduce stiffness
  • Support better walking and mobility
  • Boost mental health and mood

Throughout the session, we’ll include several short, seated exercises that you can try at home. You’re never too old to start exercising!
