A great deal of thought goes into the food, and nutrition is considered top priority. There is a rotating menu so there is always plenty of variety, and the food looks fantastic. Mealtimes are an important part of the day for my loved one, and the team do a wonderful job making the food appetising... even the soft food options look imaginative and fun, never just a bowl of mush. They make a real experience of mealtimes for the residents.

It is a remarkable team! I'm unable to visit as much as I would like due to work commitments, but they send emails all the time with pictures of my loved one so I can see how she is and what she is up to. There are always plenty of activities for residents, and families are welcome to join. It's lovely to see her enjoying the social aspects of the home as well as knowing she is well cared for. Whenever I can join, they make me feel so welcome. They are all so kind and nothing is too much trouble. 

The team is very strong and they provide a good support network for each other. The team members have been consistent since our loved one moved into the home, which has allowed the care team to build a good relationship with her and with the wider family. Everyone is warm, kind and friendly... they have made every effort to get to know her as an individual. They have become her new family... they truly nurture and care for her, and she adores them.
