The staff know me by name and they always ask how I am doing and ask after my family when I visit... I feel they are a part of my own family, and I am a part of the Bishops Manor family. They care for my relative, as opposed to caring for her, and they really encourage her to make the most of each day. The staff all seem very happy in their job, always bright and smiling... I watch them with other residents and it is clear that they truly care about the people living there.
