Great care meets luxury living
The team at Lonsdale Mews care home take pride in treating your loved one with dignity and respect. We support them to continue to enjoy their hobbies and new interests, and to relax in luxurious surroundings. To us, a move into a care home is just another part of life. That’s why we support residents to continue enjoying a wonderful lifestyle, full of fun, friends and family.
From the moment your loved one moves in, we will get to know them well, from their health needs to their life history, passions and preferences, so that we can provide personalised care, choices and experiences that will enable them to live a fulfilling life.
Lonsdale Mews care home offers spacious, fully furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite wet room. Your loved one will be welcome to personalise their room however they wish. Some ground floor bedrooms will even open onto our landscaped gardens and have their own patio area. The home has its own contemporary café, cinema and hair and beauty salon, so there will be plenty to do, come rain or shine.
Support for residents with dementia
The care home is divided into different suites – collections of bedrooms with a dining room and lounge. Creating smaller communities in the home makes it easier for residents to get to know each other, and it keeps hustle and bustle to a minimum, which helps residents who are living with dementia. Other elements of the home’s design – such as signage, lighting and colour schemes – also promotes independence for people living with dementia.
