Trusted to care in Shewsbury
Our beautiful Shrewsbury care home is due to open in May 2022. Our dedicated team will provide individually tailored permanent and short-term nursing and residential care, and specialist dementia care for up to 80 older people in luxurious surroundings.
Each of the 80 bedrooms at Oxbow Manor will be beautifully furnished, individually decorated and have its own en-suite wet room. Our ground floor rooms will have direct access to our beautifully landscaped secure gardens. The home will also have a coffee shop, cinema room and hair and beauty salon, as well as extensive gardens and outdoor spaces
The care home will be divided into different suites – collections of bedrooms with a dining room and lounge. Creating smaller communities in the home makes it easier for residents to get to know each other, and it keeps hustle and bustle to a minimum, which helps residents who are living with dementia.
We believe that moving into a care home is just another part of life. At Oxbow Manor, residents in our care homes enjoy fulfilling lifestyles, with a variety of activities, entertainment and outings.
When Oxbow Manor care home opens its doors, it will not only provide a full range of care services but the experienced team will get to know your loved one and create care and lifestyle plans that meet their precise needs.Read more
