Set within the beautiful grounds of Sway Place, our self-contained one-bedroom independent living cottages offer the perfect balance of privacy and community. Enjoy the comfort of your own space with the added benefit of handy services and luxurious facilities right on your doorstep.

Your new home at Sway Place

Each cottage features a spacious upstairs bedroom with an ensuite wet room, while downstairs you’ll find an open-plan kitchen-diner, comfortable lounge area, and separate WC.

Your cottage comes unfurnished, ready for your own treasured furniture and personal touches, but includes modern essentials such as a fridge-freezer, hob, and washing machine. And because we know pets are family too, they’re welcome to join you.
