Welcome to Sway Place

Our luxury care home sits in the beautiful New Forest National Park in Hampshire, just a short drive from Brockenhurst, Sway train station and the coast. Here our skilled and dedicated team offer residential, and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis.

Sway Place is not just a stunning building; there are plenty of facilities to enjoy from our stylish lounges and library to the five-acre grounds. Our beautifully landscaped gardens and outside spaces offer a peaceful environment for residents and their loved ones.

Residents can choose from a range of bedrooms, each one with a private en-suite bathroom. At Sway Place there are also 14 independent living cottages, a perfect choice for individuals or couples.

We take the time to get to know each resident, creating personalised care plans to suit their every need. Our lifestyle teams work hard to provide a varied activity programme and our minibus outings to local areas of interest are always a hit.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

The home is owned by WT UK Opco 4 Limited and is managed and staffed by Care UK.

Life at our home

At Sway Place our activities team will keep you as busy, or relaxed, as you wish. Our regular social activities include arts and crafts, live entertainment, baking, trips out and exercise classes, as well as a full events programme including celebrating key dates and holidays.

We also hold regular resident meetings, as well as other social gatherings such as our popular Teapot Tuesdays, where we discuss new ideas and take on feedback from residents, which is so important to us.

They spend a lot of time with the residents, and that's not just the carers, but the managers, the receptionists, the cleaners, they all seem to be involved in chatting and socialising with the residents. It's amazing how she's come on since being in the home... they have an activities app where we can see what she's been up to in the home... she's doing things we never in a million years thought she'd be interested in, and she's having a ball. It's just wonderful to see her smiling and laughing again.
