What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Woodland Hall care home.

They always phone me or send me a letter, they are very good at doing that, I appreciate that so much. I have been going there for a long time and I see their kindness.

Mr A J, Relative of a resident, November 2019

My relative has issues connected with dementia, they are very good and patient with him. He is much younger than the other residents. They administer everything he needs. When he needs a doctor, they'd call one for him.

Relative of a resident, March 2019

My mum was delighted by the welcome. She felt instantly happy at Woodland Hall. All of her needs were taken care of. They brought in a special mattress for her because of her weight. They come in to see her, to see if she needs anything. They are always offering her milk or a biscuit. She had a very good experience and so did I.

Relative of a resident, March 2019

Staff show love and respect to my relative and also show interest in my relative as a person. They have good care and I’m satisfied with care provided and how attentive the staff are. It is very clean and tidy inside the home. It is very comfortable.
