Gaining skills is all about teamwork

Company news

Three Brierley Court service users have recently completed their BTEC diploma Level 2 in customer service.  Nicola Marper, Mark Page and Leslie Challis were supported by Vocational Lead, Kirstie Gallagher to complete the 12 week course. As they finished the course the Brierley Court team began helping them to find paid work.

All service users are working towards their own individual recovery goals, but enhanced knowledge, skills, confidence and employment opportunities are course outcomes that they can all make the most of and that are vital to many of our service users in their recovery journey.

The Brierley Court team are instrumental in supporting service users to complete homework tasks, access modules, find voluntary or vocational roles – all while working towards their goal of attaining paid employment.
