Cinderella visits Forrester Court

On Friday 13^th December, Forrester Court started their Christmas celebrations, when they were joined by a local theatre company who performed Cinderella to the residents. This was a fun filled event, which saw residents, relatives and staff all join in and take part. The residents were serenaded with a variety of songs and even joined in with the performers.

This was a treat for all the residents, especially for those who were unable to visit the local theatre. Staff also provided refreshments for the residents, who enjoyed a selection of tea and biscuits.

Activities coordinator, Mariama Barry, who arranges the event said:

“It was a really nice day, seeing all of the residents singing along to songs that they knew. Everyone really enjoyed it and had a great time.”

Forrester Court will be hosting a range of events similar to this in the future, encouraging the residents to get involved and have a good time.
