Qualified nurse, former home manger and football fan, Razvan Stanbeca will lead the team at Colne View on Dame Mary Walk.
Razvan will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, which accommodates 67 residents. Razvan brings a wealth of experience to Colne View, having qualified as a general nurse in 2008 and then working as a home manager for four years.
Throughout his career Razvan has received praise for his excellent communication skills, his ability to work effectively and efficiently, and his patient, caring nature.
Commenting on his new position, Razvan said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as home manager for Colne View and I am excited to be heading up a team of committed and compassionate individuals on behalf of Care UK.
“Everything I do is based on my belief that providing good care means tailoring it to a resident’s personal needs, as well as treating them with compassion and consideration. For me, the best thing about being a home manger is the ability to genuinely make a difference to someone’s life and bringing smiles to people’s faces every day.
“I’m looking forward to this new challenge and to meeting the team, residents and families over the coming weeks”
Colne View has also welcomed a new deputy manager to the fold, Renata Sulugiuc. Also a registered nurse, Renata previously worked in Romania and England before becoming a clinical lead earlier this year.
Part of her role will be to provide support to the nursing team and care team and ensure that a high quality of care is maintained across the board.
When asked about her new role at Colne View, Renata said: “I am thrilled to be taking on a fantastic new role here in Halstead and am looking forward to making a positive contribution to the lives of the residents and families at Colne View.
“Throughout my career I have strived for the highest possible standards of care and this will be no different here. I am looking forward to getting to know Razvan and the rest of the team and to starting this exciting new chapter.”
