Whitebourne is a welcoming care home for older people in Frimley, Surrey. Our team provides quality residential and respite care for older people, including individuals who are living with dementia.

We believe that, when a person moves into a care home, they should still have goals and wishes for their future. As a result, there’s a positive, friendly and fun atmosphere at Whitebourne and a focus on personalised care and experiences. 

Every bedroom at Whitebourne is spacious and comfortable, with en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, a 24-hour nurse call system and telephone and television connections. Some rooms overlook our gardens with their raised flower beds and variety of seating areas. 

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

We are proud to have been internally accredited with the evidence-based, person-centered Care Fit for VIPS.

We organise a wealth of group and one-to-one activities, and some residents enjoy helping around the home to retain their independence. Residents also play an active part in decisions about the home. They enjoy making new friends and trying new activities. Residents can do as much or as little as they wish: they can lead an activity, help around the home or simply relax in the comfort of their bedroom.

For me, the best part of the day is the end of the shift when I get to check that the residents are all safe and well, the home is cosy and warm, and the staff are all thanked for their work.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Whitebourne care home.

I visited several care homes to look around before choosing Whitebourne, and I have to say that Whitebourne was the obvious choice. They have a good activities program and frequent mobility hours in their chairs; they're always trying to get the residents up and moving and there is a definite focus on engagement. I also like the fact that they specialise in dementia, and they understand patients with dementia. You can see clearly that the staff have a good relationship with residents by how they treat them, they all seem to be very friendly and caring. They seem to retain staff too, so that is helpful for the residents.
