What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Brook Court care home.

I just think if you ring up and want to speak to him it’s never too much trouble. They let me talk to him and that made me feel like it was no trouble for them.

Brook Court is an excellent care home with a very good knowledge of dementia with a home manager that is very caring and understanding of all points of view. The overall standard of the home is very high.

My family and I had fantastic support from Brook Court when our father sadly required palliative and end of life care in 2018. They were faultless in the way they looked after him and we were so grateful for the empathy and kindness that they showed towards our family. Now, in 2020, we find ourselves relying on the Brook Court team's expertise once again. This time they are helping our mother, who needs assistance in transitioning from her own home to this lovely home due to a diagnosis of dementia. We feel that both our mother and we are in safe hands. The Brook Court staff members have gone out of their way to settle her in, to keep us informed (which is so important in this time of Covid restrictions) and to stop us from worrying. We really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

My partner went to Brook Court in 2014 aged 54 years, I believe they could not be in better care home than Brook Court. We have both been shown loving care and kindness at all times, and understanding and support to me through their very hard years.
