The level of care is excellent! They go above and beyond for residents, far beyond the call of duty sometimes… so friendly and generous with their time and attention. They make it a priority to get to know the residents individually, find out about their lives, their hobbies, their likes and dislikes. They are so cheerful in their work... as they pass by the residents they will call out or give a little wave, sometimes a little cuddle... these things all mean a lot and make my loved one feel special and truly cared for.

The atmosphere of the place is lovely. There is always plenty going on, they really work hard to keep the residents engaged and occupied in activities they enjoy. And the catering is superb… always a good variety of food options available at all three mealtimes each day, and they don't skimp on quality either.
