Lisa Burrows

Cranford Grange offers a superb tranquil retirement option for those with a love of the countryside

As General Manager, and a registered nurse with over 30 years experience and previous matron, I set exceeding high standards of nursing care. I am passionate about the delivery of high quality care to residents and proud to lead a team of dedicated and knowledgeable professionals here at Cranford Grange. As within health and social care sector, we strive each day to ensure that we create a culture of integrity and professionalism. My favourite part of the day is time spent with residents, either in the bistro joining them for a cup of tea or in the activities lounge, hearing how weve made a positive impact on their life, and understanding how we can continue to grow and meet their diverse needs. Whenever I have spare time I enjoy rambling through the countryside with my family and our springer spaniel.
Chris Critchley
Deputy Manager
Hi my name is Chris.

Hi my name is Chris. I have been a qualified nurse for over ten years and have experience working both within the National Health Service and other care providers within the North West of England. I am passionate about providing person-centered care and ensuring that all the residents at Cranford Grange live well and receive an exceptional level of care. I have gained invaluable skills and experiences during my career, which have shaped me into the manager I am today. I am proud to lead the care team at Cranford Grange. In my spare time I enjoy my holidays aboard, visiting different countries and experiencing their cultures. In the summer months I thoroughly enjoy spending time at my caravan in North Wales with my family.

Dawn Williams
Director of Community Relations
I have worked here since 2013 and I still love my job today as much as the first day I joined the community.

I have worked here since 2013 and I still love my job today as much as the first day I joined the community. As the first point of contact for anyone enquiring about Cranford Grange, I feel fortunate to be able to assist families and to deliver the bespoke service we offer and that makes Cranford Grange such a special place. The most rewarding aspect is supporting families and new residents during what can be an emotional experience. I feel privileged to help in the journey towards the decision to join our community and then seeing them flourish and make new friendships is the ultimate reward.

I have over 10 years' experience in the care industry.

I have over 10 years' experience in the care industry. I am passionate about ensuring that residents are at the heart of care and that their wishes and preferences are followed and acted upon. With a special interest in delivery of high quality of end of life care, since I graduated from Middlesex University in 2015 I have spent time developing my skills and knowledge to deliver palliative care in a holistic manner. I strongly believe that by communicating openly and listening to people’s wishes we can make a real difference and ultimately enhance quality of life. Outside of work, I love reading suspense, crime or science-fiction with my favourite author being Stephen King.

Working within the care sector for over 15 years has been a rewarding journey, from domestic duties to heading a full housekeeping team. I am responsible for health and safety, infection control, hygiene, and providing leadership and support to the housekeeping and laundry operations at our community. I have worked here since 2018, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained in line with CQC, regulatory bodies and government requirements. Personally, having very high standards, I constantly strive to improve our already admirable services with the highest attention to detail and cleanliness. Having the advantage of a fabulous housekeeping team with me allows me to have pride in our fresh and clean home for residents.
