Welcome to Firtree House

Firtree House is a welcoming care home in the historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells. Our experienced teams offer residential, dementia and nursing care on a permanent and respite basis.

Firtree House is a period property, with many quality facilities including welcoming communal areas, an activity room and hair salon. Residents can enjoy a choice of individually decorated single or couples’ rooms, many of which with en suite facilities. Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms with personal mementos and furniture to help make it feel more like home.

Our dedicated activities team take the time to get to know each resident, organising a wide range of engaging activities, social events, trips and outings.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

I am particularly passionate about getting to know residents and their families and feel that having a good understanding of each resident’s background is essential in building a relationship of trust. I always encourage family involvement through a culture of open communication, which has resulted in the calm and friendly atmosphere experienced at Firtree House.
