Meet the team

The dedicated and experienced team at Mountbatten Grange will provide your loved one with care that is completely tailored to their individual needs and wishes.

My goal at work every day is to make sure every resident is happy and enjoying a stimulating, fulfilling life. I think the only way to achieve this is by making sure that each resident receives truly individualised care from people who’ve invested time in really getting to know them, their needs and their experiences.

What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Mountbatten Grange care home.

They are just very caring. It is not a case of them not knowing what’s going on. The carers are first class. A young lady/nurse there organises all activities and anything to do with family, she gets us involved.

Relative of a resident, April 2021

It is a very caring home, and they all seem to know the names of the residents. They all sort of know who you are. The manager is really on top of it and is a very good person as well. If I wasn't happy with the atmosphere, I will say it. The managers are always so helpful.

My wife has dementia, the nurses are very caring and they look after her 24/7. The carers are young and very responsible. They try to assist her in different things like in the garden or in anything that she does and they are very professional with it. I'm completely satisfied.

I just wanted to send a message to say how impressed I’ve been with members of your team at Mountbatten Grange since the Covid outbreak. Not only do they have to deal with our family differing opinions on what’s best for our beautiful mother who is suffering with Alzheimer’s, they remain chirpy, polite and professional throughout and always find a solution. Thank you.

Daughter of Resident, August 2020

I do not think we will ever be able to thank you and the staff enough for everything you have done for Mum and the rest of the residents in these difficult times. To keep the home coronavirus free is a true testament, your number one priority is and has always been the residents. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much, it really is what us as a family needed, you will never know how much that means to us.
