Our purpose-built care home in Hampshire offers high-quality care in a stunning environment. Here, our expert care team provide nursing, dementia and residential care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.

Parker Meadows is a luxurious home, equipped with a welcoming café, hair salon and spacious landscaped gardens. Residents can choose from a range of ensuite bedrooms, or our six independent living bungalows - the perfect choice for individuals or couples.

Located in the market town of Fareham, Parker Meadows is just a short distance from the beautiful Salterns Lake. Our dedicated lifestyle team provide a varied programme of activities, and our minibus outings to local areas of interest are a hit with residents.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

My father went for a two-week residential respite at Parker Meadows at short notice when another placement fell through. From start to finish, all staff, from management to kitchen staff, treated us all with kindness and respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and my father did not want to leave. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My friend has been a resident at Parker Meadows care home for approximately three years, and I am very impressed with the care and attention he receives on a daily basis. The home is immaculate and the staff are amazing and are so attentive to all his needs and nothing is too much bother for them. They are very helpful to friends and family.
