Smallbrook is a purpose-built care home in Horley, nestled down a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Our experienced teams offer residential and specialist dementia care on a permanent and respite basis.

Standing in over an acre of landscaped grounds, residents at our Surrey home can enjoy many quality facilities including cosy communal areas and a hair salon. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with an en-suite bathroom. Outside there are large, beautiful grounds - perfect for relaxing.

Our passionate team have created a warm and friendly environment at Smallbrook. There is always something to look forward to with a wide range of engaging activities, social events, trips and outings.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.
