The team at Snowdrop House delvier personalised care services for older people, including residential care, nursing care, and short-term respite care. We also offer specialist dementia care, and sensitive, supportive palliative and end of life care.
Snowdrop House is more like a hotel than a care home. It’s spacious and light, with its own hair salon, coffee shop, comfortable lounges and a cinema. Each bedroom is individually styled and has its own en-suite facilities. Many of the rooms on the ground floor have their own patio doors, opening directly onto our lovely gardens. On warm and sunny days residents can enjoy exploring our secure, wheelchair-friendly garden with its sensory plants water features and different seating areas.
Snowdrop House is pleased to welcome dementia specialist Dr Nori Graham, who will be covering a number of topics to help you understand what it might be like to live with dementia, as well as offering some practical advice.
We’re offering two weeks’ free care if your loved one joins us as a permanent resident, with the discount applied on the standard weekly fee across one year.
