At Stanecroft care home, our dedicated and caring team provides short-term and permanent residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. We also offer day care for older people who are still living independently in the local area.
Stanecroft is set in lovely grounds and is surrounded by countryside and woodland. The home is on one level and the layout enables residents - even those who are living with dementia - to find their way around independently. Residents’ rooms are spacious, with en-suite facilities, attractive furniture as well as a 24-hour nurse call system.
Our friendly team is very experienced and we take pride in learning all we can about your loved one, so that we can tailor the care we provide, and the activities they enjoy, to their exact needs and wishes.
At Stanecroft, our aim is for each resident to lead a happy and fulfilling life that’s as active and independent as possible. As well as planning regular activities for your loved one, we support them to take part in the day-to-day life of the home in any way they wish.
