I know that my loved one is happy in the home and when I visit she’s a totally different person. The carers know exactly how to deal with a person with dementia, to make sure they are happy, to keep them calm and engaged as situations change. They are excellent and I'm so grateful to them.
Relative of a resident, March 2024They are exceptionally attentive to the needs of the residents, I'm completely satisfied with the care they give my loved one. I'm impressed with how they communicate with us as a family. They have activities every single day and they also have 1-to-1 sessions every week with the activity’s coordinator in their room.
Relative of a resident, March 2024They are friendly and caring and treat my loved one with utmost respect. They are always aware of what’s going on with him, they keep an eye on him and let me know of any issues. They treat everyone as an individual, always smiling and encouraging, very caring.
