The staff are very kind, always professional and courteous. They know my loved one's sense of humour and they are able to have a joke with her. She has dementia and they are superb at negotiating her needs, they really understand her capabilities and how they can quickly change. There is always something going on in the home, lots of stimulating activities, which is important, especially with dementia. There is something for everyone, including day trips out of the home, and they celebrate special occasions and holildays with families... it's lovely.

It is an excellent facility providing resident-focused care. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, and they work very well together as team. There is an individual focus on my loved one's care, which is reviewed on a monthly basis… we are all involved in care planning reviews, my loved one and us. The staff are very well-trained and there are excellent processes in place to ensure the residents are receiving quality care.

They were superb throughout my loved one's stay. They were quick to identify changes in her health and they increased the level of care without delay when she experienced a downturn. They would call whenever there was a concern and email with updates regarding medical visits. Every time I visited, I would have a chat with the person in charge at the time. I was invited to attend regular review and update sessions... they were in contact with me all the way.
