From the moment your loved one moves in, we will get to know them well, from their health needs to their life history, passions and preferences, so that we can provide personalised care and experiences that will enable them to lead a fulfilling life.

Your loved one is welcome to do whatever brings them satisfaction and happiness. They can join in with group activities such as exercise classes and music sessions or enjoy one-to-one time in our salon. If they wish, they can help around the home, or get out and about on outings to their favourite local attractions.

My loved one thinks she is living on a luxury cruise ship, the environment is so well designed, but it's the staff that make all the difference. My loved one can demonstrate very challenging behaviour at times and sometimes her communication is incomprehensible, but the staff are never phased, they stay completely present with her and try to engage with her. Everyone is very sensitive to her needs, and also very supportive of me if I'm upset after a difficult visit.

The home is well designed and in good condition, they have made a lovely environment for the residents with a very family-oriented atmosphere. The standard of care is very high, and the lifestyle team do exceptional work to keep everyone engaged and active - they provide a very strong entertainment programme and have tried very hard to get my loved one (and me) to participate.
