Care UK campaign shortlisted in three Silver Marketing Association Awards

Care UK colleagues are celebrating after receiving three nominations at the 2025 Silver Marketing Association Awards. The Big Dementia Campaign received three shortlisting’s after impressing the judges.

The Silver Marketing Association Awards recognise and celebrate companies that have delivered a successful marketing campaign targeted at the silver demographic since January 2024.

Care UK launched ‘The Big Dementia Conversation’ in January 2025, to encourage people to have more discussions about dementia. The campaign included interview style videos from Angela Rippon and Suzanne Mumford, head of dementia and lifestyle at Care UK, where the pair discuss the initiative, which saw over 100 Care UK homes across the country host free, public events.

The categories the campaign is shortlisted for are as follows:

  • Best PR Campaign
  • Best Social Media Campaign
  • Best Digital Marketing Campaign

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 3 July.
