Your loved one is welcome to do whatever brings them satisfaction and happiness. They can join in with group activities such as exercise classes and music sessions or enjoy one-to-one time in our salon. If they wish, they can help around the home, or get out and about on outings to their favourite local attractions.

My loved one is happy and settled in the home and the staff are all very good, they look after her very well. They make special arrangements for birthdays, make a cake and decorate the place… lovely touches like this go a long way. And there are lots of opportunities to spend time at the home with our loved one... we get involved with activities and it's so good to be able to share this time with her.

It's bright, it's light, it's modern and clean, very well designed. It does everything it says on the packaging and provides everything you would hope a care home would provide. The place is run very transparently… you can see what is going on and they are honest with you, which is extremely reassuring.

The standard of care are extremely high… the staff are all very helpful and take a genuine interest in the residents. My loved one has limited mental and physical capabilities and they treat him with such kindness, patience and compassion, which he responds to very positively. They always involve me in the care planning and make sure I know what's going on and that I'm happy with everything... they are very considerate with me as well as with my loved one.
