What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Cuttlebrook Hall care home.

First of all, it is extremely well run. The manager is superb; she is really on the ball. The carers are lovely, they are obviously happy in their work and they work well together as a team. The food is good, and the choice of food is great. My loved one's room is very light, airy and comfortable. The entire place is exceptionally clean. There is plenty to do and the activities are well suited to the varying capabilities and interests of the residents. They are very responsive and alert me about anything to do with my loved one. I am always greeted by name, with a smile, and they always know exactly where my loved one is and how she is that day. I'm very happy with the care provided.

Relative of a resident, July 2025

My loved one suffers with dementia and he can get very upset sometimes. The team members are very experienced, and they know how to help him stay calm. They approach him with great skill. It's a person-centred approach to care – it's very much about the individuals – and that goes for the families as well as for the residents. I'm always welcomed with a smile, and they genuinely care about how I am doing.

It's a very friendly atmosphere... everyone is so kind. All the team members know my loved one. They understand her and they support her to make her quality of life as good as it can be. She has benefitted immensely from being there.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for making Mum's birthday such a special day for her yesterday. She actually said it was one of her best birthdays ever and she sent me some lovely photos. I'm so very grateful for everything you do.
