• This offer is only applicable to new, privately funded, permanent residents only.
• This is subject to a care assessment and the availability of care type needed.
• You may not use this offer in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
• This offer must be mentioned at time of booking.
• This offer is applicable at selected care homes. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice.
• Should there be a change in care needs it may require the care fees to be reviewed in consultation with the family and may result in the fees being increased accordingly. 
• Fees fixed until 31st March 2027, which means there will be no annual uplift on 1st April 2026.

You are eligible to receive offer if:

• We can meet your care needs and you have care needs which will benefit from our services.  Our care home team will discuss the support that you require with you and whether we can provide this to you at this care home.
• You are a privately funded paying customer.
• You are joining us on a permanent basis.
• You are not a current resident in one of Care UK’s care homes.
