Our regular events

  • Alzheimer’s Singing for the Brain
    Second Tuesday of each month, 10.30am - 12pm

    Meet other members of the community living with dementia and sing a variety of songs you know and love in a fun and friendly environment. Take part in vocal exercises that help improve brain activity and wellbeing.

  • Dementia cafe 
    The last Tuesday of each month, 10.30am - 12pm
    Aimed at those living with dementia and their loved ones, you'll have the opportunity to meet other people, share experiences and take part in our fun activities.

  • Companionship cafe
    Last Thursday of the month, 10.30pm - 12pm
    Join our monthly café where you can meet like minded people in the community for a chat over a hot drink and freshly baked treats.
