We aim to go above and beyond in the care that we offer, and we are proud to be accredited across multiple prestigious frameworks. Care Fit for VIPS recognises our person-centered care and our Platinum status with the Gold Standards Framework demonstrates our compassionate end of life care. We are also a ‘Veteran Friendly Framework’ accredited care home, recognising our standards of care for the Armed Forces community.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Weald Heights care home.

When my loved one was living at home she wasn't eating properly, even with carers coming to the house. Now she's back on three meals a day, and it's good food she's getting... she's put weight back on and she's looking much healthier. I had a three course meal in there for £5, and I couldn’t believe how good it was, delicious and nutritious, all made fresh in the kitchen that day. There is plenty of choice and they'll make something else for them if they don't like what's on the menu... can't say fairer than that!

Recently, my loved one had some medical issues that concerned the team. They called me immediately to let me know what was going on, they had already arranged for a doctor to come and see her and the issue was resolved easily due to their quick response. We also had some legal issues to deal with, and the managers and admin team were so supportive and cooperative. They have been nothing but kind and helpful from the start.

I'm very satisfied with the whole set up of the home! The team members are very approachable, and there's always someone on hand to speak to about how my loved one is getting on when I'm not there. Everyone I speak to knows who she is and how she has been doing in recent days. Even as you go in, the lady on the desk gives you a big smile and a warm welcome. It's a pleasure to visit, and the care my loved one receives is wonderful.

The true mark of the home came into play when we saw what incredible care our loved one received. I frequently hear the most moving and lovely exchanges taking place between him and the staff. The support I received was also so lovely and something that I will always remember as will all the family. We felt so well supported, we could not have wished for anything more.
