Trusted to care in Croydon
Heavers Court is a modern purpose-built that provides residential, nursing and respite care for older people, including those who are living with dementia.
The caring and committed team in our Croydon care home provides person-centred care. That means that you and your loved one are fully involved in decisions about your loved one’s care and life at the home. We get to know each resident, learning about their life experiences, their interests and hobbies, and the things they like and dislike. Then we tailor their care and lifestyle plans, as well as the menus we serve up, to their precise needs and preferences.
Our home has a choice of lounges, for socialising or relaxing. There's also a sensory room, a gym, a kitchenette and a hair salon. Each of the 60 bedrooms is spacious, with en-suite facilities, attractive furniture, phone and television connections and a 24-hour nurse call system.
Maintaining independence is key to health and wellbeing in later life. We will support your loved one to do as much as they can for themselves, stepping in to help when they need us. Some residents help around the home or in the garden, to maintain their independence and feel a sense of purpose. Others love the group and one-to-one activities we organise.
The Heavers Court team provides a range of care on a short term (respite) and permanent basis. We work closely with local healthcare professionals to ensure your loved one receives seamless care.Read more
