Maintaining independence is key to health and wellbeing in later life. We will support your loved one to do as much as they can for themselves, stepping in to help when they need us. Some residents help around the home or in the garden, to maintain their independence and feel a sense of purpose. Others love the group and one-to-one activities we organise.

The team does a great job creating a good community atmosphere. It feels like a family when you visit, and they make you feel a part of it. The management and office teams have been incredibly supportive and very helpful with advice about funding and logistics. There was so much to think about and they really helped to make the process as stress-free as possible. Our loved one is on the nursing floor and they are exceptional! Very responsive to her needs, proactive in making sure the necessary support is in place for her and wonderful at keeping us informed about what's happening.

The care team is just amazing! They know the residents well, their habits, their routines. They are top notch. The support team, the kitchen and laundry team, are all brilliant. They chat with the residents and their families and they seem to know who everyone is. It's a friendly place. The kitchen team takes excellent care of the residents. They made a point of finding out what foods my loved one likes and dislikes and they make sure everyone is eating well. We're very happy customers!

The team knows me and they're always happy to see me when I visit. They give me a big smile and make me feel so welcome. They are lovely people, and to watch them with the residents is heartwarming… the way they talk to them and hold their hands... it's all about making sure the residents are as happy as can be.

My loved one is well cared for and he's surrounded by friendly people... he seems to be very happy there. It's a lovely atmosphere and I visit often... I can come and go as I please, which is great. I've come to know the manager well, and we will always have a chat if she's around... we're often in touch one way or another. The communication is great.

The team seems to genuinely care about the residents. They take an interest in their lives and they want to know about their interests… they really make the effort to build good relationships. They take their time with the residents and they pay attention to how they are feeling, it's not just about ticking boxes.
