Mills Meadow provides ‘outstanding’-rated care for older people in beautiful surroundings.
We are here to support you and your loved one through your journey into care and are able to offer a limited number of appointments for in-person show rounds of our care home. Call to speak to one of our friendly team who can take you through a short health screening questionnaire and book you in for a tour. If you’re considering care for yourself or a loved one, we’re here for you.
We’re delighted to have achieved an ‘outstanding’ overall rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) from its inspection in July 2019. As well as gaining this superb overall rating, we also achieved an ‘outstanding’ rating in two of the five areas that the care regulator inspects – ‘caring’ and ‘responsive’. Read our inspection report.
Mills Meadow, our care home in Framlingham, provides permanent and short term residential and dementia care for up to 60 older people. We also provide day support for older people from the Framlingham area in the Mills Meadow Club, next door to the home.
Whether your loved one joins us on a daily, short term or permanent basis, we get to know them as an individual and ensure that they enjoy tailored and meaningful experiences every day.
A safe and comfortable home
Mills Meadow is a purpose-built care home, designed to give residents maximum space, choice and luxury. Each of the 60 bedrooms is spacious and has its own en-suite facilities plus quality furnishings and fittings. The home has its own hair salon, as well as an in-house café, a cinema room, comfortable lounges and secure gardens for residents to enjoy as they please.
We are uncompromising on safety and have stringent clinical protocols, including the use of PPE by our highly trained team. We ensure all high traffic areas in the home are disinfected on a regular basis and hand sanitising stations are present throughout the home to prevent the spread of infections.
Discover Mills Meadow for yourself
We love hearing what residents have to say about living at Mills Meadow. One person says, “I want for nothing: the food is delicious, the care is first rate, staff understand me and know what I need, sometimes before I do; [there’s] plenty to keep me entertained. I consider myself blessed to live here."
