The skilled and dedicated team at our Newbury care home offer quality care in stunning surroundings. We provide nursing, dementia and residential care, as well as short term respite care.

Newbury Grove is a luxury care home in a vibrant market town, and just a short walk from West Berkshire Community Hospital. Our Newbury home has plenty of nearby amenities and offers excellent rail and road connections. Residents can enjoy stunning landscaped sensory gardens and premium features including a hair salon and cinema.

Our home also features stylish lounges, a welcoming café and a stunning collection of ensuite bedrooms, designed with residents in mind. We provide a varied activity programme and our minibus outings to local areas of interest are always a hit.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

At Newbury Grove we will keep you as busy, or relaxed, as you wish. Our Activities Coordinator creates an enjoyable and varied daily programme of events and activities for residents, including arts and crafts, flower arranging and quizes. We get to know the about the things you like to do and tailor our plans to suit you. Perhaps you are keen to start a new hobby, tell us and we'll support you to make it happen.

For the two years he spent at Newbury Grove Dad received the higest standard of care which adapted well with his changing needs. My mother, Eunice, spent seven years at Newbury Grove, and from the moment she arrived we knew she was in the right place. She was treated not just as a resident, but as a valued individual. The compassion, patience and dignity shown by carers, nurses, catering, activities and management gave our family enormous reassurance. The nursing care was meticulous and professional, but always deeply human. We will always be grateful. Newbury Grove is exceptional.

My loved one has always been a very independent woman! She is frail and needs support, but the team understands how important it is for her to feel self-sufficient and they allow her to make her own decisions. She has come to appreciate them and now feels much more comfortable asking them for help when she needs it. They have a lovely relationship with her, and I just think they are wonderful.

The ambience of the place and the friendliness of the team has made such a huge difference to my loved one's overall wellbeing; she's so much brighter in herself. She was in a bad way when she first moved into the home from hospital, and we saw an improvement almost immediately. Everyone there, from the cleaners to the manager, has been wonderful - especially the nurses. They have been so welcoming and attentive to our loved one's needs and incredibly supportive to all of us during a difficult time.
