Welcome to Norfolk House

Norfolk House care home in Weybridge, Surrey is purpose-designed care home with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We provide personalised residential care, short term respite care, expert nursing care and specialist dementia care for older people, including those with physical disabilities. We also offer sensitive, compassionate end of life care.

Residents’ rooms are light, spacious and tastefully decorated with stylish furniture. Each room includes en-suite facilities, phone and television connection points and a 24-hour nurse call system. We have double rooms available and some of our ground floor rooms have direct access onto our patio and garden.

We are proud to be accredited with the Gold Standards Framework Care Homes Programme. This demonstrates our skill and commitment to delivering high quality, person-centered care to residents at the end of their life.

The kitchen team is fantastic. My loved one can be picky about food... the menus are good anyway, but the chefs go out of their way to give her what she likes. She loves her cooked breakfasts, they know just how she likes it, and they often make things off the menu for her, it's never a problem. Everyone seems focused on making sure the residents are as happy as they can be.

The nurses are excellent, and it's wonderful knowing there is clinical support on site as and when required. My loved one had some breathing difficulties recently, and they didn't waste a second. They got her to hospital right away and let me know what was happening. I'm very happy with the care and attention my loved one receives, and I can see the manager any time I like, which speaks volumes.

Our loved one is so much better, and her quality of life has improved immensely since moving into the home. She has dementia and can't walk anymore… they could so easily leave her in bed all day, but they get her up, get her involved with activities, they take her on day trips sometimes. The team is so supportive and they really engage with her... it's far beyond what we expected.
