The best part of my day is my morning walk around the home. I get to say ‘good morning’ to residents and colleagues and make sure everyone has everything they need.
It’s a fantastic feeling, being able to make a difference to older people’s lives on a daily basis. I also love helping my team to develop their potential, and giving residents’ families the support, advice or listening ear they need.Paula RoutledgeHome Manager
