Our regular events

  • Knit and Natter
    Bi-weekly on Thursdays, 6.30pm - 8.30pm

    Come along to our weekly session alongside residents at Highmarket House. Take part in learning and sharing new skills while enjoying complimentary light refreshments. 

  • Senior lunch club
    Every Friday at 12.30pm – 3pm
    Come along to our weekly senior lunch club and make new friendships.

  • Love to move
    Every Friday, 11am - 12pm
    Join us for dementia-friendly seated exercises proven to transform the lives of people living with dementia.

  • Dog cafe
    First Saturday of every month, 3pm - 4.30pm
    Meet other dog owners in the local community in a friendly and relaxed setting and learn more about caring for your pet from our guest speakers. 

  • Memory cafe
    Last Wednesday of every month, at 10am 
    Our café provides a relaxed, informal setting for people living with dementia and their family, friends, and carers.
