Our Mills Meadow day club is currently closed due to the coronavirus pandemic and we will be reviewing the reopening date of the club in spring 2021.
Currently the day club is helping to support relatives visiting loved ones in our residential care homes.
The Mills Meadow Day Club in Framlingham brings older people together to do enjoyable activities in a safe and supportive setting.
As well as giving members a welcome change of scene, the day club is an ideal place to make new friends while enjoying hobbies and interests, or trying something new. Our compassionate and friendly care team are experienced in caring for older people living with dementia, and are on hand at all times.
A quality day care centre
The Mills Meadow Club is spacious and light, and is fully equipped with an assisted bathroom, plus a large kitchen and a laundry room, so we can help your loved one with their personal care, or with practising their independent living skills. We’re here to offer help and advice with anything that your loved one may be finding more of a challenge to do themselves, or with help from their carer, at home.
Next door to our day care centre is Mills Meadow care home. Both the home and the day club are run by Care UK, one of the UK’s leading care providers. The company has a clear vision for older people’s care, which is based on enabling people to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. The home has its own cinema, hair salon and coffee shop, all of which Mills Meadow Club members can use.
Enjoy each day with us
